The entire Corvias Military Living Team thanks you for your participation and your support.
We are very excited about the New Year ahead of us at Seymour Johnson AFB. In 2016 we will finally begin construction on the new Community Center. This facility will include a swimming pool, fitness center, club room, gym, playgrounds and much more.
Our team is so very grateful for the personal sacrifice you and your families make each day to preserve our way of life. Thank you for all you do and Happy New Year!

Families living on post received a housing survey from SatisFacts via e-mail late last year to determine resident satisfaction. The data collected from residents helps Corvias improve your experience living on post.
The SatisFacts survey is for all types of residential management companies. Corvias Military Living has earned a superior rating from SatisFacts the past seven years and has also achieved the highest score for companies with at least 10,000 homes seven times.
Again, we would like to send a thank you to all of the residents who participated and would like to say congratulations to our gift card winner:

Please take a moment to update your contact information here, because we don’t want you to miss a thing that is going on in your community! By providing us with a working phone number and two current e-mail addresses, we will be able to contact you in a timely fashion for maintenance requests, event information, and more.
Effective December 26, 2015, Corvias Military Living Community office will be closed on Saturdays. We will be open Monday – Friday 830-530 for all your housing needs. Our maintenance line is always available 24/7 – 919-988-6951.
Leaf removal will continue through the month of January. Please keep in mind that all animal waste needs to be cleaned up for the landscapers. Yards will continue to receive weed treatment around tree rims and in cracks and crevices year round. A second round of bush and shrub trimming will continue as well.
Please check the calendar for your scheduled clean up days.
Christmas trees will be collected on your normal trash day from December 26 through January 15. Please remove all decorations; including lights, ornaments and tinsel from the discarded trees. This will help protect the tree grinding equipment. On the day of your household and bulk trash pickup, place the tree on the curb a few feet away from your other household trash.
